Terms of Service — SISBRAPAG

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SISBRAPAG — Sistema Brasil Pagamentos Digitais Ltda. ("SISBRAPAG", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 32.742.398/0001-28), headquartered in Rio de Janeiro.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

SISBRAPAG provides cross-border payment facilitation, FX conversion, import/export payment support, and cryptocurrency settlement services. Our services are available to businesses and individuals who have completed our onboarding process and received account activation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Complete our identity and business verification process
Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sisbrapag.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. KYC / AML Compliance

SISBRAPAG is committed to full compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We may request documentation at any time to verify your identity, business activities, or the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

5. Rates and Fees

Conversion rates displayed on our platform are indicative and for illustrative purposes only. Actual execution rates will be confirmed at the time of each transaction. Fee structures are provided upon account activation and may vary by transaction type and volume.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities
Fraudulent payments or misrepresentation
Any activity that violates applicable Brazilian or international law

7. Limitation of Liability

SISBRAPAG is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, third-party service failures, delays caused by regulatory review, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or pose compliance risks, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
